Details
Human pregnancy positive serum samples from 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester, 1 mL per sample. Material # 0380-0001 is 1st trimester pregnancy positive serum; Material # 0380-0002 is 2nd trimester pregnancy positive serum; Material # 0380-0003 is 3rd trimester pregnancy positive serum. Demographic information includes collection date, gestation week, and maternal age.
Samples were collected under the LGC Clinical Diagnostics (SeraCare Life Sciences) IRB approved Biospecimen Collection Protocol using the Informed Consent Form (ICF) effective at time of collection.
Samples were not tested for HBsAg, anti-HCV, or anti-HIV-1/2. Material should be handled as potentially biohazardous. For laboratory research or further manufacture into in-vitro diagnostic reagents for which there are no alternative sources.
